Chat & Reactions

The chat panel lets participants send text messages visible to everyone in the meeting.

Click the Chat button (speech bubble icon) in the toolbar. The chat panel slides open on the right side.

Type your message in the input field and press Enter or click Send.

Chat messages are visible to all participants for the duration of the meeting. If you join a meeting that’s already in progress, you can scroll up to read previous messages.

Chat logs can be downloaded by administrators from the Dashboard → Meetings → Meeting Details view. Participants do not have a download option from the room itself.

Use Raise Hand to signal you want to speak without interrupting:

  1. Click the raise hand button (✋) in the toolbar
  2. A hand icon appears next to your name in the participant list
  3. The moderator sees that you want to speak
  4. Lower your hand by clicking the button again, or the moderator can lower it for you

Send quick reactions visible to all participants:

  1. Click the reactions button (😊) in the toolbar
  2. Choose an emoji from the reaction picker
  3. The emoji floats up on screen for a few seconds and disappears

Available reactions typically include: 👍 👏 ❤️ 😂 😮 🎉
