Recordings
Section titled “Recordings”The Recordings section gives you a full library of all recorded sessions, with playback, AI summaries, and management tools.
Recording list
Section titled “Recording list”Each recording shows:
- Meeting name
- Date and duration
- Status — Published (visible in Moodle) or Unpublished (hidden from students)
- Thumbnail preview
Playing a recording
Section titled “Playing a recording”Click any recording to open the player. Recordings play directly in your browser — no download needed.
AI Summary and Transcript
Section titled “AI Summary and Transcript”If AI features are enabled on your account, each recording includes:
- Summary — a concise AI-generated summary of what was discussed
- Transcript — a full text transcript of the session, with speaker labels where possible
To view:
- Open a recording
- The summary appears in the right panel
- Click Transcript to switch to the full text view
Downloading the chat log
Section titled “Downloading the chat log”Some recordings include a chat download button that lets you export the in-meeting chat as a text file.
Publishing and unpublishing
Section titled “Publishing and unpublishing”Control which recordings students can see from Moodle:
- Published — visible in the Moodle activity’s Recordings tab
- Unpublished — hidden from students, but still stored and viewable from the dashboard
Toggle using the Publish / Unpublish button on each recording.
Deleting recordings
Section titled “Deleting recordings”Click Delete to permanently remove a recording. This also removes it from Moodle.
Storage
Section titled “Storage”All recordings are stored securely in the cloud. Storage usage is shown in the Billing section and is included in your usage charges.
