Dashboard Overview

The SoftSysVideo Dashboard at app.softsysvideo.com is the administration panel for your account. From here you can monitor meetings, manage recordings, view usage analytics, configure settings, and manage billing.

Sign in with your Google account at app.softsysvideo.com. The same Google account you used to register your organization.

The dashboard is organized into these main sections:

The home screen gives you a quick overview of your account:

  • Active meetings — meetings currently in progress
  • Total meetings — all-time meeting count
  • Minutes consumed — total video minutes used
  • Recordings — total number of recordings stored

You can also start a new meeting directly from the home screen using the New Call button — useful for testing or ad-hoc calls outside Moodle.

From the home screen or the Meetings page, you can:

  • Create a new call — starts a meeting immediately without going through Moodle
  • Join as moderator — open the meeting room as an admin
  • View details — see participant list, chat log, and recording for any meeting
