Branding
Section titled “Branding”SoftSysVideo supports white-label branding — you can customize the meeting room to match your organization’s visual identity. Branding settings are in Settings → Branding.
What you can customize
Section titled “What you can customize”Upload your organization’s logo. It appears in the meeting room header.
- Accepted formats: PNG, SVG, JPEG
- Recommended size: at least 200×60px, transparent background preferred
Meeting theme
Section titled “Meeting theme”Customize the color scheme and style of the meeting room:

| Theme | Choose between light and dark base theme |
| Primary color | Main accent color (buttons, active states) |
| Secondary color | Secondary accent (highlights, badges) |
| Border radius | Corner roundness — from sharp to fully rounded |
| Border width | Thickness of UI element borders |
Colors are entered as HEX values (e.g., #0066FF).
Meeting UI toggles
Section titled “Meeting UI toggles”Control which features are visible in the meeting room:

| Language selector | Allow participants to change the meeting room language |
| Virtual backgrounds | Allow participants to blur or change their background |
| Reactions | Allow emoji reactions during the meeting |
| Hand raise | Allow participants to raise their hand |
| Setup screen | Show camera/mic setup screen before entering the room |
Recording branding
Section titled “Recording branding”If recording is enabled:
- Record on start — automatically start recording when the meeting begins
- Watermark — overlay your logo on recordings
Previewing your branding
Section titled “Previewing your branding”A live preview of the meeting room appears on the right side of the Branding settings page as you make changes. This lets you see how your branding looks before saving.
Saving
Section titled “Saving”Click Save Branding to apply your changes. Changes take effect immediately for new meetings. Meetings already in progress are not affected.
