Analytics
Section titled “Analytics”The Analytics section gives you a visual overview of how your organization is using SoftSysVideo over time.
What’s tracked
Section titled “What’s tracked”| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total meetings | Number of meetings held in the selected period |
| Total participants | Sum of all participant joins across all meetings |
| Minutes consumed | Total video minutes (participants × meeting duration) |
| Recordings | Number of recordings generated |
| Peak concurrent meetings | Maximum number of simultaneous meetings |
Date filters
Section titled “Date filters”Use the date range selector to view analytics for a specific period:
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 3 months
- Custom date range
Usage trends
Section titled “Usage trends”Charts show how usage evolves over time, making it easy to identify:
- High-usage days or weeks (exam periods, training sessions)
- Usage growth over months
- Trends in recording usage vs live meetings
Per-meeting breakdown
Section titled “Per-meeting breakdown”For detailed usage per meeting, switch to the Meetings view where each meeting shows its individual participant count and minutes consumed.
