Usage & Invoices
Section titled “Usage & Invoices”Usage breakdown
Section titled “Usage breakdown”The Billing section of the dashboard shows a detailed breakdown of your usage:
By meeting
Section titled “By meeting”Each meeting that consumed credits is listed with:
- Meeting name
- Date
- Participants
- Duration
- Video minutes cost
- Recording minutes cost (if recorded)
- Total cost for that session
Summary totals
Section titled “Summary totals”At the top of the billing page you’ll see:
- Current balance — credits remaining
- Total spent this cycle — since your last top-up or a rolling period
- Minutes consumed — total video and recording minutes
Usage forecast
Section titled “Usage forecast”The billing page includes a forecast based on your recent usage patterns. This helps you estimate when you’ll need to top up next and how much to add.
Purchase history
Section titled “Purchase history”The Purchases section lists all credit purchases with:
- Transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Amount paid (in USD)
- Credits added
- Bonus credits received (if first purchase)
- Plan / package name
Recording storage
Section titled “Recording storage”Recording storage usage is tracked separately:
- Total storage used (in GB)
- Individual recording sizes
Storage is factored into usage costs. Large libraries of recordings use more storage and cost more to retain over time.
Invoices
Section titled “Invoices”Tax-compliant invoices are generated automatically for every purchase.
To access your invoices:
- Check the email used to purchase (invoices are sent by email)
- Or contact support@softsyssolutions.com and we’ll resend the invoice
Exporting usage data
Section titled “Exporting usage data”For accounting or reporting purposes, contact support to request a usage export for a specific date range.
