How to add credits

  1. Go to the Billing section

    Log in to app.softsysvideo.com and click Billing in the sidebar.

  2. Choose a credit package

    Select the amount you want to add. Larger packages offer better value per credit.

  3. Secure checkout

    You’ll be redirected to a secure checkout page to complete the payment.

    Accepted payment methods:

    • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
    • PayPal
    • Other local payment methods (varies by region)

  4. Credits are added instantly

    After payment is confirmed, credits are added to your balance immediately. You don’t need to wait or refresh.

Checking your balance after purchase

Go to Billing in the dashboard. Your new balance is shown at the top of the page.

Purchase history is available in the Purchases section, including transaction ID, amount paid, credits received, and date.

Invoices

Invoices are generated automatically for each purchase and sent to your email.

Credits never expire

Credits do not have an expiry date. Any unused balance remains in your account indefinitely.

Refunds

Section titled “Refunds”

Credits are non-refundable once used. For unused credits, contact support at support@softsyssolutions.com.
